2. Rights from defective performance

The seller warrants to the buyer that the goods, on handover:

  • have the characteristics agreed by the parties,
  • are fit for the purpose for which goods of this kind are usually used,
  • correspond in quality and workmanship to the agreed sample or model,
  • are supplied in the corresponding quantity, measure or weight,
  • comply with legal requirements.

The buyer may assert a defect that appears in consumer goods within 24 months of handover, unless a different period is stated for a specific product.

3. What cannot be claimed

A claim cannot be made in particular in the following cases:

  • wear and tear caused by normal use,
  • incorrect use, storage or maintenance,
  • mechanical damage occurring after handover,
  • defects of which the buyer was informed in advance.

For natural products (e.g. lavender and products made from it), natural variations in colour, scent or structure typical of natural materials are not considered defects.

4. How to make a claim

A claim must be made without undue delay after discovering the defect.

The buyer shall send:

  • a description of the defect,
  • the order number,
  • a photo of the defect (where possible)

to e-mail: kralovskalevandule@seznam.cz

Do not return goods without prior agreement.

5. How claims are handled

The buyer is entitled to:

  • removal of the defect by repair or supply of a new item,
  • a reasonable purchase price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the contract (in the case of a material breach).

The manner of handling the claim is decided by the seller in accordance with applicable law.

6. Time limit for handling claims

The claim will be handled no later than 30 days from its submission, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise.

7. Costs related to the claim

In the case of a justified claim, the seller bears the costs of transporting the claimed goods.

In the case of an unjustified claim, these costs are borne by the buyer.

8. Final provisions

This complaints procedure is valid and effective from the date of its publication on the seller's website.

The seller reserves the right to amend it to a reasonable extent in accordance with legal regulations.
