Information on the right of withdrawal

The 14-day period, how to withdraw, and a sample notice for customers of the Royal Lavender e-shop.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded through the Royal Lavender e-shop without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example by e-mail).

2. How to withdraw – procedure

2. Include in your notice:

  • your first and last name,
  • order number,
  • date of purchase,
  • bank account number for the refund,
  • a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.

3. Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal, to the seller’s address.

The goods must be returned:

  • undamaged,
  • unused,
  • complete (including accessories, if they were part of the package).

3. Costs of returning the goods

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

4. Refund of payment

The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which the contract was withdrawn from.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The seller is not obliged to refund the money before receiving the returned goods.

5. When withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items,
  • goods which, for hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return once their seal has been removed.
